The customer has the right to exchange the product only within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Exchanges are available in two cases:
- An error occurred in the order (for example, sending a different product or size than requested).
- A serious manufacturing defect that prevents the item from being used.
- In the case of customized orders:
- Only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded in the event of a fundamental defect in execution or a change to any of the agreed-upon items.
- The customer bears the shipping costs in all cases, except in cases resulting from a technical error on the part of the customer.
